By purchasing, booking, and/or receiving Readings or any other Services, you agree to be held legally responsible for any misrepresentation of your Age and any other fraudulent activity on the Witch Queen Tarot Website.

How long does each Reading take?

Please allow ONE HOUR for each Reading, no matter what kind of Reading you purchase from the SHOP. Most people assume that a Reading with fewer cards will take less time & while that is often the case, it's not always a certainty. By giving each Reading an hour, there is no need to rush & ample time for the Reading set-up, the Reading itself, questions, & any additional clarification cards.

How do I receive my Reading?

Go to the SHOP ~FIRST~ to purchase the Reading of your choice, then BOOK ONLINE after receiving a confirmation email. You can receive your Readings by Teleconferencing app, Phone, Email, or Text - in general, whatever format you prefer. I prefer to use ZOOM Workplace as a default format for Readings, but please specify Your Preference each time you BOOK ONLINE & I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.​​

Regular Office Hours   

Monday - Sunday, 12pm-8pm (Mountain Standard Time).

Office Hours may be extended for special Holidays such as HALLOWEEN, etc.

For ASAP Booking (ASAP during Regular Office Hours)

OR

ASAP ACCESS+ Booking (Booking OUTSIDE of Regular Office Hours), please consider the PRIORITY or DOUBLE PRIORITY Booking ADD-ONS offered in the SHOP.

EXCHANGES, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS

​​

1. EXCHANGES - Exchanges of Reading products and/or Priority Booking products will be accepted, the cost difference between products to be adjusted within 7 days after your Reading takes place.

​

2. RESCHEDULING - You may reschedule a Reading at any time, but if you reschedule 3 consecutive times without completing your Reading within one month from Purchase, your Purchase will NOT be refunded and you may be refused further services from Witch Queen Tarot.

3. CANCELLATIONS - You may cancel any Reading at any time without incurring a cancellation fee, but you will NOT receive a refund.

​

4. REFUNDS - No other refunds for product purchases other than listed above.​​​​
