Practical Witchcraft and Sorcery in the Age of UNIVERSAL SURVEILLANCE (The EVIL EYE)

-First THEY Came for The Witches and Sorcerers-

Witches and Sorcerers have always been the FIRST targets of AUTHORITARIAN regimes, due to their historical proclivity for rebellion against TYRANNY and their supernatural powers to defeat IT when efficaciously directed.

Witchcraft or Sorcery? While these terms are generally used interchangeably, their subtleties are worthy of discussion in terms of vulnerability to attack.

The Magick of Sorcery dwells in the Esoteric. Sorcery is intellectually-based, utilizing the most advanced principles of philosophy, astrology and astronomy, geometry, mathematics, chemistry, physics, languages, etc. The rituals are extensive and complex, requiring exact formulations for success and building upon a foundation of deeply Occult knowledge quietly passed down through the ages by priesthoods, kings, secret societies, and scholars of renown. These practices require expensive and difficult to find tools, ancient manuscripts and rare tomes, and a luxury of time to effectuate. Sorcery has traditionally been the practice of those with the wealth or patronage to afford and secure secret studies, libraries, laboratories, and ceremonial chambers, away from the distractions of the sounds of the city with its honking horns, roaring engines, and wailing sirens, and safe from prying eyes and ears. The Magician, or Sorcerer, is a deeply contemplative practitioner, preoccupied with angels and demons, jinn and dragons, and drawn to the study of Alchemy in its various physical and metaphysical forms. Throughout history, Sorcerers have been the chart-makers, the cartographers, the inventors of symbols and codes, calligraphic mysteries and secret languages, the crafters of illuminated manuscripts and musical transcription, makers of sensitive, calibrated instruments of observation and measurement, and inventors of technological wonders. Druidry and various secret societies throughout the ages are mostly based on the traditions of Sorcery, though some are more nature-based than others.

The Magick of Witchcraft dwells in the Practical. The historical Witch was rarely the member of an esoteric society and had likely never possessed nor read a book about Magick, much less a ~rare~ occult book. Spells and rituals were more likely passed through word of mouth than by the written word, due to secrecy concerns as well as lack of access to educational/other resources. Witches have always been more comfortable in the woods, the garden, and the kitchen than in the ceremonial chamber, but fewer and fewer private AND safe outdoor spaces have pushed them back into the "cottage" to perform their secret rites, away from peeping Toms and nosy neighbors. Witchcraft only requires simple tools, but items like cauldrons, athames, and even simple natural brooms, once available in any marketplace, can now mostly be found in specialty Occult shops. You can find all manner of appealing witchy supplies on WitchTok, Etsy, Amazon, etc., but they are oftentimes contaminated with the plague of commercialism. While many of these tools, accessories, and decorations are cool and full of witchy whimsy, at a certain point they become a distraction from the real origins of Witchcraft and the people who have traditionally used Witchcraft: the poor, the abused, the marginalized, the scapegoated. Unlike Sorcerers, Witches are mostly those who suffer at the hands of people and forces they cannot otherwise escape. Some people seek GOD in traditional religions; others seek relief from oppression. Witchcraft, practiced correctly, provides that relief.

Read any modern books on the subject of Witchcraft and you will find three broad categories: Sorcery (or Ceremonial Magick), Coven Witchcraft, and Solitary Witchcraft. The Wiccan movement, which generally began in 1950's Britain, became a free-form mashup of neo-Pagan Traditional Coven Witchcraft, Tradition-based Open-Membership Coven Witchcraft, Traditional Hereditary Witchcraft, and European/Other Ethnic Pagan Worship groups. Diluted versions of Witchcraft were popularized in the late 1950s-1990s in the United States through music, movies, books, and television, but rarely with any direct linkage to the ~real~ practices of Witchcraft itself, which were hidden to most people growing up in those decades. The sadistic, Dark Magick/Left Hand Path/Blood and Sex Ritual aspect of Occultism became known to most as a result of the Charles Manson Cult murders in 1969, and other disclosures of sinister Secret Society/Coven activities later helped to spawn various Satanic panics. However, Witchcraft as a religion/spiritual path/practice itself was still not publicly or widely acknowledged as a cultural phenomenon - even though real modern Covens were being established throughout this time. It was really only after the birth of the Internet and the accompanying popularity of the Harry Potter book/movie series that Witch Covens could be found by virtually anyone and contacted via a nearly unlimited number of networking and coven websites for instruction, initiation, and training. It became "safe" to come out as a Witch, even though Wicca itself had already become a federally-recognized religion in the United States in 1986.

Within Wicca, a form of witchcraft known as Solitary Witchcraft developed outside of, but was related to, Coven Witchcraft. This was a practical solution for those who did not have access to local Covens and/or who preferred to work alone. Because it lacks the time-tested teachings passed through generations of hereditary Witches or even the core working methodologies of modern neo-Pagan Covens, Solitary Witchcraft is generally regarded as a novice, hobby practice with little effectual results; "Fluffy Bunny" is but one example of the derision afforded both uncredentialed Coven members and the many unserious Solitary practitioners.

The explosion of Wicca/Witchcraft as a growing religion and/or practice has been noted by the Radical Right as a symptom of an increasingly Paganized society. This growth threatens their MONOPOLY on religion - as witchcraft has always done throughout history. So it is unsurprising that even as the presence of self-identifying Witches and various Esoteric entities on social media such as YouTube, WitchTok, etc. continues to grow, many Secret Societies and Heritage Covens have been quietly making an Exodus from the internet in reaction to the agitations of the Right against DEI/CRT, LGBTQ+ rights, Feminism, and Witchcraft, and in anticipation of a resurgence of legislative/other persecutions. Even with the Powers of Magick in their hands, few of them are interested in walking around with targets on their backs when it is simply easier and safer to slip back into the woodwork (AGAIN).

The practice of Magick is a secret thing, depending on hidden, discreet, and uninterrupted rituals for success. The modern proliferation of occult books/other media available to nearly everyone is both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it has allowed for the expansion of Magickal knowledge to the average person and the democratization of otherwise elite, guarded hierarchies of Magickal wisdom and practices. On the other hand, it has become a useful tool for Enemies of the Occult to gain insights into the mindset, habits, and rituals of practitioners which enable easy identification and targeting. Sorcerers can generally protect themselves from Enemies with wealth, power, and/or connections even ~without~ their Magick; Witches, having little else, usually need Covens for extra protections and to enhance the power of their Magick by numbers. Solitary Witches have always been the most vulnerable members of the Magickal community, having little to no access to the closely guarded, inner-circle rituals of Covens and Secret Societies, being without the esoteric expertise of Sorcerers, and without the protective connections of either.

Unfortunately, privacy is no longer guaranteed for ~anyone~, but suspected witches and sorcerers are ALWAYS subject to surveillance before any other targeted minorities. Although ICE is ostensibly focused on the round-up of immigrants, the secret surveillance of Witches and Sorcerers has been on-going for decades, with an official round-up to begin sometime during the advanced THEOCRATIC Dictatorship of Donald J. Trump. Thanks to

"ex-Witches" who betray their Sisters and Brothers for the favor and rewards of our Enemies, as well as the previously mentioned vast quantities of publicly available resources on the Occult, it is possible for anyone to be identified as a practicing occultist by the ritual objects found (or PLANTED) upon their persons and in their homes, etc. From jewelry to candles, tattoos to stones and amulets, crystal balls to Tarot decks, artwork to journals, online search histories and purchases - all of these things are readily identifiable as evidence of involvement with witchcraft or sorcery. Even the common practices of meditation and Yoga have become suspect and demonized.

Whether you consider yourself to be a Solitary Witch, a Coven Witch, or a Sorcerer, if you are frightened by the prospect of being targeted in a modern witch hunt, you must become practical in every aspect of your craft. Rid yourself and your home of all things occult and use ordinary household objects instead. You should also commit to memory any favorite spells, incantations, and rituals and hide or destroy spell books and grimoires, along with all other books related to the Occult. In addition, it will be necessary to adopt the techniques of natural witches who have no need for traditional occult tools. Every aspect of Magickal workings must be translated from outward, spoken/performed ritual to internal, silent ritual. And most importantly, you must accomplish these things BEFORE you undergo surveillance, when ALL can be known to the WATCHERS before you recognize that you are being surveilled. I would highly recommend that you develop the ~Magickal means~ to check your privacy status at least once a day if you have reason to believe that you might be targeted for surveillance due to your public presence online or otherwise. You may already be under surveillance without recognizing it, as it is undetectable by even the most advanced, sophisticated equipment.

Know that when you are surveilled, there will be NO sanctuary from the EVIL EYE and that your surveillance may be secretly live-streamed to a worldwide audience. Any secret spaces, doors, bookshelves, cupboards, attics, cellars, chambers, etc. will be discovered and penetrated. Mirrors and even the inside of your toilet/chamber pot/outhouse will have invisible eyes. Your entire home/vehicles/places of work/worship, inside and outside, will be completely covered in surveillance as if with EVIL FAIRY DUST, installed by invisible, interdimensional hands; for example, if you purchase a new painting for your wall, it may be initially free of surveillance - minutes or hours later, it will mysteriously acquire surveillance. And the surveillance will follow you EVERYWHERE - even in hospitalization, homelessness, incarceration, Death, and post-Death (walking/ascension from tombs or urns is NOT ALLOWED).

In addition, you may become the target of Wicked Witches who, as just one segment of your audience, will have access to your live-streamed surveillance footage. With this access to direct views and the ability to zoom in/out on you and your surroundings through the cameras, Wicked Witches are able to outnumber you and their curses upon you will be intensified far beyond the ORDINARY reach of Magickal power - like an ant under a magnifying glass in the sun. Thus, your own spells can be blocked, neutralized, deflected, and/or reversed, and you can be made to suffer a MULTITUDE of indignities and afflictions for their cruel satisfaction. In addition, your loved ones, colleagues, strangers, and even your pets can be infested to torment you into madness. Your vehicles can be cursed with mechanical issues; your yard and plants can be turned into a desert. Your ability to work can be jeopardized by fatigue, illness, or injury. You will be isolated from your family, friends, colleagues, coven members, etc. in order to break you in every possible way while being live-streamed to unseen and unheard audiences in EVERY area of your life, public AND private. Your reputation will be smeared and you may lose your job and be prevented from securing other employment. The only way to survive the humiliation and harm is to continuously draw upon your own internal, secret Magick, your fortitude, and other ways in which the WATCHERS are unable to discern your intentions and activity. Sleep as much as you can, because it will be your only refuge from the intensity of devastating scrutiny and the exhaustion of combatting the EVIL EYE on a 24/7 basis for an indeterminate period of time - possibly YEARS - until your ultimate fate is decided upon by the WATCHERS. Your Magickal goal must be to protect yourself - both practically AND Magickally - as much as possible, while figuring out how to permanently *break* the EVIL EYE in order to free yourself.
