Cancellation Policy

1. You MUST Purchase Reading Product(s) from the SHOP ~FIRST~ before Booking. 2. After your PURCHASE(s) is Confirmed, please BOOK your Reading(s). Your Booking Request(s) should be Approved within an hour and you will receive a CONFIRMATION email(s). 3. If you do not see a convenient Time slot, you can Join the Wait List in case there is a client cancellation/etc. 4. If you need PRIORITY Booking, you can purchase PRIORITY ADD-ONs of $10 or $20 per Reading from the SHOP ~OR~ you can purchase a PRIORITY Booking Subscription from PLANS & PRICING. **ALL** PRIORITY Bookings are limited to use within 1 month from Purchase, during which time you are allowed to reschedule your Reading(s) if needed, pending Approval and Set-Up by Witch Queen Tarot. 5. You may cancel your Bookings at any time to reschedule BUT you will only receive THREE ***consecutive*** cancellation privileges WITHOUT Rescheduling within 1 month from Purchase(s). After that, any Reading Purchase(s) AND any PRIORITY Booking ADD-ON Purchase(s) will NOT be Refunded AND you may be refused future services from Witch Queen Tarot. 6. Please NOTE that a Zoom Meeting link may be auto-generated for you in the Booking Confirmation email, but the meeting will be cancelled by Witch Queen Tarot if you have CHOSEN a different Reading Format at the Time of Purchase. You will receive a Confirmation of YOUR preferred Reading Format by email, pending Approval and Set-Up by Witch Queen Tarot. ~Thank You in advance for your Understanding~
